Here is how you can use your dashboard to discover your unique patterns.
๐ Creating Custom Triggers
While we track the weather and solar activity automatically, you know your daily life best!
In your dashboard, you can define your own Personal Triggers. * Did you have a highly stressful day at work? * Did you skip your morning coffee? * Did you eat aged cheese or chocolate?
By adding these custom triggers to your daily logs, you give the tracker a much clearer picture of your overall lifestyle.
๐ช The Magic of "Prediction Rules"
This is where all your tracking pays off. Behind the scenes, our engine (which we affectionately call the Pattern Guardian) is constantly looking for correlations between your incident logs and your environment.
When it finds a link, it generates a Prediction Rule. For example, the system might quietly notice:
"When the Barometric Pressure drops below 1010 hPa AND the UV Index is High, you have an 85% chance of logging a migraine."
You don't have to do any math or stare at complex charts. The app learns these rules over time and simply uses them to power your Risk Forecast widget, giving you a friendly heads-up when those specific conditions align again.

Knowledge is power. When you log in and see a high-risk forecast for the day: 1. Hydrate: Make sure you are drinking extra water. 2. Rest: Try to lighten your intellectual or physical load if your Biorhythm chart shows your energy is low. 3. Prepare: Ensure your rescue medications are nearby.
Be Patient With the Process
It takes time for patterns to emerge. You might not see prediction rules in your first few weeks, and that is completely normal! Keep logging your good days and your hard days. We will handle the heavy lifting of data analysis so you can focus on your wellness.
