Taking the first step toward tracking your chronic pain can feel a little overwhelming, but you don't have to do it perfectly. The goal here is simply to observe. Even a small amount of data helps our engine learn your unique baseline!

Here is how to begin your journey with Migraine Tracker.

Step 1: Access Your Safe Space

Head over to your new wellness dashboard: Migraine Tracker Live App

When you arrive, you will be prompted to create a secure account. Because you are logging sensitive health data, your privacy is our top priority.

To make joining as effortless as possible (especially if you are dealing with a migraine!), we offer secure, one-click sign-in options: * Sign in with Google (Gmail) * Sign in with GitHub

Note: Using these providers means we never see or store your password, and your personal logs remain strictly encrypted and visible only to you.

Step 2: Log Your First "Health Day"

We recommend starting small. You don't need to have a migraine to start using the app! In fact, logging your "good days" is just as important.

  1. Navigate to the Health Logs section on your dashboard.
  2. Gently check in with yourself: How did you sleep? How much water did you drink? What is your base mood today?
  3. Save your log. That's it! You've successfully started teaching the tracker what your normal baseline looks like.

Step 3: Recording an Incident

If you do experience a migraine, the Incidents tab is there for you. * Try to log the Severity and the Duration. * If you took any rescue medications, you can log them here too so you can track what works best for your pain over time. * Don't worry about checking the weather or solar activityโ€”our system will automatically pull that data in the background and attach it to your incident!

Be Gentle With Yourself

Remember, building a habit takes time. If you miss a few days, simply pick up where you left off. Every entry is a step closer to understanding your body's unique patterns.
