⚙️ First Setup & Personalization

Welcome to your new tracking space! Before you start logging your days, taking just a few minutes to set up your profile will make your daily tracking effortless and ensure your environmental data is perfectly accurate.

📍 Step 1: Set Your Location

Because Migraine Tracker quietly monitors the weather and solar activity around you, it needs to know where you are. 1. Head over to the Settings page. 2. Under Location, enter your current city or area. 3. Note: We only use this to fetch localized weather and solar data from public APIs. Your location is kept strictly private.

📋 Step 2: Personalize Your Trackers

Everyone's migraine journey is unique. You can customize the app to track exactly what matters to you. In your Settings, look for the Data Management sections: * Manage Symptoms: Add the specific symptoms you experience (e.g., Aura, Nausea, Light Sensitivity, Brain Fog). * Manage Triggers: Add the things you suspect might be causing your migraines (e.g., Aged Cheese, High Stress, Poor Sleep, Missing Coffee). * Manage Medications: Add your daily preventatives or rescue medications so they are easy to select when you log an incident.

🌤️ Step 3: Weather Display Preferences

Also in Settings, you can adjust how your weather data is displayed. If you prefer Celsius over Fahrenheit, or specific pressure units (like hPa vs. inHg), you can easily toggle those here to make the data feel like home.
